By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the
2025 Massachusetts Governors Conference ("Event"), hosted by Conventures, Inc. and MA Office to Travel and Tourism, Executive Office of Economic Development and the facility you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all attendees of the Event.

Terms and Conditions1. Ticket Purchase and Admission1.1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law.
1.2. All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.
1.3. Conventures, Inc. and MA Office to Travel and Tourism reserves the right to deny admission to any individual without a valid ticket or for failure to comply with these terms.

2. Code of Conduct2.1. Attendees must conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate of others. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
2.2. Conventures, Inc. and MA Office to Travel and Tourism reserves the right to remove individuals violating the code of conduct without a refund.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations3.1. The event schedule, performers, and location are subject to change without notice.
3.2. If the event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified and provided with options in accordance with local laws.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk4.1. Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. Conventures, Inc. and MA Office to Travel and Tourism, Executive Office of Economic Development, and the facility are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Event.
4.2. Attendees agree to release Conventures, Inc. and MA Office to Travel and Tourism, Executive Office of Economic Development, and the facility from any claims arising from their attendance.

5. Photography and Media Release5.1. The Event may be recorded or photographed. By attending, you grant Conventures, Inc. and MA Office to Travel and Tourism the right to use your likeness in promotional or commercial materials.
5.2. Personal photography is permitted unless otherwise restricted by Conventures, Inc. and MA Office to Travel and Tourism.

6. Prohibited Items and Activities6.1. The following items are prohibited: Outside Food, Beverage, or Alcohol; Cans, Metal/Glass/Plastic Containers, Bottles, or Flasks (empty or sealed bottles included); Weapons, Firearms, Pepper Spray, Pocket Knives or Mace; Drones; Animals or Pets (accommodations made for trained, harnessed, and housebroken service animals).
6.2. Any activity deemed unsafe or illegal will result in immediate removal from the Event.

7. Governing LawThese terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
